The invention discloses a green building rainwater collecting device which comprises a wall, a water tank, a collecting bin and a water pump, the collecting bin is located above the water tank and communicated with the water tank, a filter screen is arranged above the collecting bin, an inlet of the water pump is connected with the water tank through a water pumping main pipe, and an outlet of the water tank enters a house through a water supply main pipe. The device has the beneficial effects that rainwater is collected through the collecting bin, the collected rainwater is stored in the water tank and pumped through the water pump to be used in a home, and therefore rainwater collection and utilization are achieved, the device is provided with the back-flushing mechanism, the back-flushing mechanism comprises a back-flushing barrel and a back-flushing pipe, the rainwater in the back-flushing barrel is pumped into the back-flushing pipe through the water pump, and the back-flushing barrel and the back-flushing pipe are connected through the water pump. The water tank is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet, so that the inner wall of the water tank is cleaned, water pollution caused by dirt on the inner wall of the water tank is avoided, and the water tank is further provided with a PLC and a control panel, so that the water tank is switched between a water using mode and a backflushing mode.
