Low-storey fabricated low-energy-consumption house structure and construction technology
The low-rise layer assembly type low-energy-consumption house structure comprises a house main body structure, the house main body structure is a cavity system formed by wrapping a profile steel frame with a non-dismantling formwork, and the cavity system is of a non-closed structure; mutually communicated cavities are formed in the cavity system and between the cavity system and the heat preservation structure; a heat preservation structure integrated mixing material is poured in the cavity, and the heat preservation structure and the house main body structure form an integrated heat preservation wall body structure. By means of the structure and the process, the stress safety of the house structure can be guaranteed, and the low-energy-consumption standard requirement of the house building can be met. The traditional construction process of firstly manufacturing a main body structure and then performing external wall insulation is changed, the working procedures are simplified, the efficiency is improved, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
一种低矮层装配式低能耗房屋结构及施工工艺,包括房屋主体结构,所述的房屋主体结构为免拆模板包裹型钢框架组成的空腔体系,空腔体系为非封闭结构;所述的空腔体系内部、空腔体系与保温结构之间,形成相互贯通的空腔;所述的空腔中浇筑有保温结构一体化拌合料,保温结构与房屋主体结构形成一体化保温墙体结构。本发明通过上述结构及工艺,即能保证房屋结构的受力安全,又能满足房屋建筑的低能耗标准要求。改变了传统的先做主体结构,再做外墙保温施工工艺,简化了工序、提高了效率、降低了造价。
