The invention relates to the technical field of pseudo-classic building construction, in particular to a pseudo-classic building arch structure building method which comprises the steps that a concrete lintel is prefabricated, the size of an arch building is determined according to a drawing, and the concrete lintel is manufactured according to the size and shape requirements; building gate tower columns and enclosing walls; processing a black brick at the arch part, and cutting one side of the black brick into a bevel L shape; concrete lintels are placed, and after the gate tower columns are built, the bottoms of the two sides of the concrete lintels are bonded and fixed to the top ends of the gate tower columns on the two sides through mortar; a flat arch part is built, before the flat arch part is built, a multi-layer plate is firstly adopted to be machined into the shape with the same radian as the prefabricated beam, jacking is conducted through a steel pipe, and then building is started; the arch part is built, the processed black bricks are bonded and built on the concrete lintel, and the black bricks are evenly distributed from the middle to the two sides during building. A traditional arch structure is improved to be additionally provided with the hidden lintel, and by changing a force transmission mode, the service life of a building can be prolonged and the construction quality of the building can be improved while the construction period is shortened.
本发明涉及仿古建筑施工技术领域,更具体而言,涉及一种仿古建筑拱碹结构砌筑方法,包括预制砼过梁,按照图纸确定拱形建筑尺寸,按照尺寸、形状要求制作砼过梁;砌筑门楼柱、围墙;加工碹部位青砖,青砖一侧切割成斜口L形;放置砼过梁,门楼柱砌筑完毕后,通过砂浆将砼过梁两侧底部分别粘接固定在两侧门楼柱顶端;砌筑平碹部位,平碹部位砌筑前,先采用多层板加工成与预制梁相同弧度的形状,通过钢管进行顶撑,然后开始砌筑;砌筑拱碹部位,将加工好的青砖粘结砌筑在砼过梁上,砌筑时以中间向两边均匀分布。本发明将传统拱碹结构改良为增加隐形过梁,通过改变传力方式,使其在缩短工期的同时,能够增加建筑物的使用寿命及施工质量。
