Construction method of ground jacking assembly space curved surface grid structure
The invention provides a construction method for assembling a spatial curved surface grid structure through ground jacking. The construction method comprises the following steps: firstly, arranging a circular tube support at a lower chord ball position of a starting unit module, and selecting a midspan sequence of grids to assemble the starting unit module; then, jacking devices are symmetrically and sequentially installed at the jacking point positions selected through calculation and analysis of the starting unit module; then the starting unit modules are synchronously jacked to a proper height at which an operator can conveniently assemble the starting unit modules, and the starting unit modules continue to be assembled towards the two sides in sequence; and when the net distance between the lowest point of the assembled grid and the ground is not enough to continue to assemble the grid, the steps are repeated, the assembled grid units continue to be jacked upwards, and the assembled units are expanded on the two sides at the same time till the whole grid is assembled. The splicing height of the net rack on the ground can be reduced, the construction difficulty is reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, and meanwhile a large number of measure materials are saved.
