The invention discloses a novel assembly type steel plate shear wall, and belongs to the technical field of shear walls, the novel assembly type steel plate shear wall comprises a prefabricated upper wall, a prefabricated lower wall, a positioning rod, a fixing pipe and arc-shaped plates, the connection mode that a steel bar is inserted into a steel bar sleeve in the prior art is replaced, and the positioning rod is horizontally moved to the position between the two arc-shaped plates from a gap; the positioning rods are wrapped by the barrier strips, so that the situation that the reinforcing steel bars are bent due to misalignment in the process of inserting the reinforcing steel bars into the reinforcing steel bar sleeves can be avoided; during installation, the positioning rods are connected by sliding into the gaps, so that during assembly, the distance between the prefabricated upper wall and the prefabricated lower wall is short, the height of the prefabricated upper wall needing to be hoisted is relatively low, the influence of wind load on the prefabricated upper wall is smaller, and shaking is smaller; and the process of assembling the shear wall is easier.
本发明公开了一种新型装配式钢板剪力墙,属于剪力墙技术领域,包括预制上部墙、预制下部墙、定位杆、固定管以及弧形板,本申请代替了现有技术中利用钢筋插入钢筋套筒的连接方式,通过定位杆从间隙处水平移动到两个弧形板之间,并配合挡条包裹定位杆,能够避免钢筋插入钢筋套筒过程中,没对准而造成钢筋弯曲的情形;本申请在安装时,由于定位杆是通过滑入间隙的方式来完成连接,所以在装配时,预制上部墙和预制下部墙之间的距离短,需要将预制上部墙吊起的高度也相对较低,预制上部墙受到风载荷的影响更小,摇晃更小,在装配剪力墙的过程中更容易。
