The invention discloses a truss floor support plate and a construction method thereof. The truss floor support plate comprises a bottom plate, connecting pieces and a plurality of steel trusses. A UHPC thin plate is adopted as the bottom plate, and groove lines are preset on the upper surface of the bottom plate; the plurality of steel trusses are arranged above the bottom plate in parallel; wherein the steel truss comprises an upper chord steel pipe concrete, a web member steel bar and two lower chord steel bars; the upper chord steel pipe concrete is horizontally arranged above the bottom plate, and the two lower chord steel bars are arranged on the two sides of the lower portion of the upper chord steel pipe concrete in parallel and arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate. Wherein the upper chord steel pipe concrete and the lower chord steel bars are fixedly connected together through the web steel bars; the lower chord steel bars and the bottom plate are fixedly connected together through a plurality of connecting pieces; according to the truss floor support plate, the construction requirements of the large-span floor support plate for free form stripping and free support are met, the safety and durability of the structure are effectively guaranteed, the construction requirements of residential buildings are met, time and labor are saved, and the application range of the truss floor support plate is greatly widened.
