The invention discloses a metal tile roof structure which comprises supporting concave tiles, semi-cylindrical tiles arranged between every two adjacent supporting concave tiles in a covering mode and a quick release assembly connected to the bottoms of the semi-cylindrical tiles, and the quick release assembly comprises a rotating disc, a fixing plate, a connecting column, a limiting plate, a transmission block, a first spring, a pushing block and a second spring. During dismounting, a rotating disc is rotated to drive a connecting column to rotate, then a limiting plate coincides with a limiting hole formed in a fixing plate, at the moment, a first spring is not extruded and limited, upward thrust is generated on a transmission block under the elastic stress of the first spring, and then the connecting column and the limiting plate are driven to penetrate through a limiting block of a through hole formed in the fixing plate; and meanwhile, the pushing blocks on the two sides of the transmission block are not subjected to extrusion force any more, the abutting force between the supporting concave tile and the cylindrical tile disappears accordingly, and at the moment, the cylindrical tile can be directly and rapidly detached from the supporting concave tile. The operation is simple, the operation process is effectively simplified, the labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced, and the replacement construction efficiency of the metal tile roof is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种金属瓦屋面结构,包括支撑凹瓦、盖设于相邻两个支撑凹瓦之间的筒瓦和连接在所述筒瓦底部的快拆组件,快拆组件包括转盘、固定板、连接柱、限位板、传动块、第一弹簧、推块、第二弹簧。在拆卸时,转动转盘以带动连接柱转动,进而使限位板与固定板上设置的限位孔重合,此时第一弹簧不受挤压限制,在第一弹簧的弹性应力下对传动块产生向上的推力,进而带动连接柱和限位板穿过固定板上设置的通孔的限位块,同时传动块两侧的推块也不再受挤压力,支撑凹瓦和筒瓦之间的抵紧力也随之消失,此时可以直接快速将筒瓦从支撑凹瓦上拆卸下来。操作简单,有效简化了操作过程,大大降低了人工劳动程度,有效提高了金属瓦屋面的更换施工效率。
