The invention discloses a sinking mechanism for protection, a protective door and an operating room, the sinking mechanism for protection comprises a basic surface, a carrier part, guide wheels, a connecting rod mechanism and a sinking strip assembly, a gap is formed between the carrier part and the basic surface, the connecting rod mechanism and the sinking strip assembly are both arranged on the carrier part, and the guide wheels are arranged on the connecting rod mechanism. The guide wheel is movably in contact with one end of the connecting rod mechanism, and the other end of the connecting rod mechanism is used for driving the sinking strip assembly to be close to or away from the basic plane. Through the application of the sinking mechanism for protection, the sinking strip assembly can close a gap needing isolation protection, the sinking mechanism is particularly suitable for being applied to doors needing ray protection such as an operating room, and ray protection of the gap between the lower edge of the door and the ground can be achieved; the door is simple in structure and convenient to use, and the gap can be automatically closed along with movement of the door body.
