The invention discloses a flow equalizing valve for an exhaust passage, which comprises a valve body provided with an exhaust port; the valve plate unit is arranged on the valve body; the flow equalizer is arranged corresponding to the exhaust port; the flow equalizer comprises a main pipe which is provided with a main pipe channel communicated with the exhaust port; the flow guide pipe is movably connected with the main pipe, and a flow guide pipe channel communicated with the main pipe channel is formed; the main pipe channel and the flow guide pipe channel are combined to form a flow equalizing channel; an included angle is formed between an outlet of the flow equalizing channel and the exhaust port; and when the flow guide pipe integrally moves in the same direction relative to the main pipe, the sizes of the flow equalizing channel and the outlet thereof are changed. The invention further discloses an exhaust system. The main pipe and the flow guide pipe are pulled and translated, so that the change amount of the flow equalizing channel is increased, and the adjustment is more flexible; the arrangement of the scale area is convenient for an installer to intuitively observe the size of the flow-equalizing channel or the change quantity of the flow-equalizing channel, and is convenient for accurately controlling the adjustment of the flow-equalizing channel.
