The invention provides a photovoltaic support and a photovoltaic power generation system with the photovoltaic support, the photovoltaic support comprises a ground pile, a stand column and a first fixing piece, the ground pile comprises a ground pile body, a first fixing plate installed at the upper end of the ground pile body, and at least one first adjusting hole formed in the first fixing plate; the stand column comprises a stand column body, a second fixing plate installed at the lower end of the stand column body and at least one second adjusting hole formed in the second fixing plate. The first fixing plate and the second fixing plate move relatively to enable the first adjusting hole and the second adjusting hole to have a plurality of cross points, and the first fixing piece penetrates through the cross points to fix the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate, namely, the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece are fixed on the premise that mutual installation of the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate is not affected. The first fixing plate and the second fixing plate can be relatively moved in the horizontal direction, so that the relative position of the stand column and the ground pile in the horizontal direction is adjusted, and then adjustment of the photovoltaic module is driven to meet the requirement for the installation precision of the photovoltaic module.
