Self-compacting concrete with low slump expansion loss rate
The invention discloses self-compacting concrete with low slump expansion loss rate, relates to the field of concrete, and aims to prolong the effective pouring time of the self-compacting concrete and reduce the fluctuation range of the slump expansion of the self-compacting concrete. The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the self-compacting concrete with low slump expansion loss rate is prepared from the following raw materials: a cementing material, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate and water, the raw materials are directly mixed to obtain the self-compacting concrete, the cementing material is cement, fly ash, a water reducing agent and a retarder, the water reducing agent is a polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent, and by mass, the coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate are uniformly mixed to obtain the self-compacting concrete with low slump expansion loss rate. The coal ash accounts for 15-25% of the cementing material, the water reducing agent accounts for at least 1.0% of the cementing material, and the retarder accounts for at least 0.55% of the cementing material. The self-compacting concrete disclosed by the invention is lower in loss rate of the slump expansion degree, longer in effective pouring time and small in fluctuation of the slump expansion degree, and is used for designing the mix proportion of the self-compacting concrete and controlling the engineering construction quality.
本发明公开了一种塌落扩展度损失速率低的自密实混凝土,涉及混凝土领域,目的在于延长自密实混凝土的有效浇筑时间,并降低自密实混凝土塌落扩展度的波动范围。本发明采用的技术方案是:塌落扩展度损失速率低的自密实混凝土,原料为胶凝材料、粗骨料、细骨料和水,各种原料直接拌合得到自密实混凝土,胶凝材料为水泥、粉煤灰、减水剂和缓凝剂,减水剂为聚羧酸高效减水剂,按照质量计,粉煤灰占胶凝材料的15%~25%,减水剂至少占胶凝材料的1.0%,缓凝剂至少占胶凝材料的0.55%。本发明的自密实混凝土的塌落扩展度的损失速率更低,有效浇筑时间更长,塌落扩展度波动小,用于自密实混凝土配合比的设计和工程施工质量控制。
