The invention provides porous ceramic synthesized from sewage sludge and kaolin and a preparation method thereof. Kaolin is used as a main raw material, a certain amount of sewage sludge and a small amount of a binder are added, then molding and calcining are carried out, and the high-strength porous ceramic material is mainly composed of mullite, sillimanite, hematite, a small amount of quartz and aluminum iron phosphate. The low-melting-point quartz and the aluminum iron phosphate binding phase in the high-strength porous ceramic can significantly improve the sintering performance and the mechanical performance of the porous ceramic. The porous ceramic has the characteristics of excellent mechanical property, good thermal insulation property, high strength and high energy-saving efficiency. The preparation method has the characteristics of short flow, low energy consumption and simple production process, realizes recycling, harmlessness and high-added-value comprehensive utilization of the sewage sludge, and has important significance in promoting comprehensive utilization of bulk solid wastes, improving environmental quality and promoting comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development.
本发明提供一种污水污泥协同高岭土合成的多孔陶瓷及其制备方法。利用高岭土作为主原料,配加一定量的污水污泥和少量的粘结剂后成型并煅烧出一种高强度的多孔陶瓷材料,该材料主要由主要是由莫来石、硅线石和赤铁矿以及少量的石英和磷酸铁铝构成。高强度多孔陶瓷中的低熔点石英和磷酸铁铝粘结相能够显著改善多孔陶瓷的烧结性能和机械性能。该多孔陶瓷具有力学性能优异,保温性能好、强度高、节能效率高的特点。该制备方法具有流程短、能耗低、生产工艺简单的特点,实现了污水污泥的资源化、无害化以及高附加值综合利用,对推进大宗固废综合利用、改善环境质量、促进经济社会发展全面绿色转型具有重要意义。
