Preparation method of novel porous alumina ceramic
The invention relates to the technical field of porous aluminum oxide ceramics, in particular to a porous aluminum oxide ceramic material and a preparation method thereof.The porous aluminum oxide ceramic material is prepared from wood fibers, phenolic resin liquid, absolute ethyl alcohol and nanometer aluminum oxide sol, the preparation method of the porous alumina ceramic material comprises the following steps: (1) impregnating the wood fiber with nano alumina sol for 24 hours, (2) gelling and drying in an electrothermal constant-temperature blast drying oven at 135 DEG C, (3) impregnating the wood fiber with a phenolic resin solution which is prepared from absolute ethyl alcohol and has a weight ratio of 30% for 4 days, and (4) drying in an electrothermal constant-temperature blast drying oven at 135 DEG C, (4) drying the impregnated wood fibers in an air blowing box, putting the dried wood fibers into a mold with the diameter of 25mm and the thickness of 5mm, and then putting the mold into the air blowing box for curing at 60 DEG C; (5) demolding after curing for 12 hours, and carbonizing at 800 DEG C in a vacuum tube furnace under a nitrogen atmosphere condition, (6) continuing to soak the carbonized sample in the alumina sol for 24 hours, then replacing the sample with a new nano alumina gel, and continuing to soak in vacuum for 1 hour; (7) gelling the porous alumina ceramic sample subjected to vacuum soaking in a ventilated drying oven at 135 DEG C for 2 hours, and (8) after the gel is formed, sintering at 1550 DEG C in a vacuum tube furnace under the condition of filtered air atmosphere, preserving heat for 2 hours, and then cooling along with the furnace.
本发明涉及多孔氧化铝陶瓷技术领域,具体涉及一种多孔氧化铝陶瓷材料及其制备方法,多孔氧化铝陶瓷材料包括如下原料:木纤维、酚醛树脂液、无水乙醇、纳米氧化铝溶胶,其中,所述多孔氧化铝陶瓷材料制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)使用纳米氧化铝溶胶浸渍木纤维24小时,(2)在135℃下电热恒温鼓风干燥箱中凝胶并干燥,(3)用与无水乙醇配置好的重量比为30%的酚醛树脂液浸渍木纤维4天,(4)浸渍后木纤维在鼓风箱中干燥后将其放入直径25mm、厚度5mm的模具中再置入鼓风箱中60℃进行固化,(5)固化12小时后进行脱模后在真空管式炉内氮气气氛条件下800℃进行碳化,(6)碳化后的样品继续置入氧化铝溶胶中浸渍24小时随后更换新的纳米氧化铝胶并继续真空浸渍1小时,(7)真空浸渍后的多孔氧化铝陶瓷样品在通风干燥箱中135℃凝胶2小时,(8)凝胶成型后通过在真空管式炉内过滤空气气氛条件下1550℃进行烧结保温2小时后随炉冷却。
