Ceramic matrix composite annular thin-wall component and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a ceramic matrix composite material annular thin-wall component and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: A) placing fiber cloth in a chemical vapor deposition furnace, and introducing a carbon source and hydrogen to obtain fiber cloth deposited with pyrolytic carbon; b) introducing silane gas and hydrogen to obtain fiber cloth deposited with a silicon-carbon composite interface; c) coating the prepreg slurry on the surface to obtain a fiber prepreg; d) molding the fiber prepreg on the surface of a mold to obtain a resin-based annular blank; e) carbonizing and infiltrating the resin-based annular blank in sequence to obtain a ceramic-based composite material annular blank; and F) performing size processing on the upper and lower end faces to obtain the ceramic matrix composite annular thin-wall component. The composite material component prepared by the method has extremely low porosity, so that the component has excellent high-temperature ablation resistance and high-temperature durability in the field of aerospace thermal structure material application.
本发明提供了一种陶瓷基复合材料环形薄壁构件及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:A)将纤维布置于化学气相沉积炉中,通入碳源和氢气,得到沉积有热解碳的纤维布;B)通入硅烷气体和氢气,得到沉积有硅碳复合界面的纤维布;C)表面涂覆预浸料浆料,得到纤维预浸料;D)将纤维预浸料在模具表面成型,得到树脂基环形毛坯;E)将树脂基环形毛坯依次进行碳化和熔渗,得到陶瓷基复合材料环形坯体;F)对上下端面进行尺寸加工,得到陶瓷基复合材料环形薄壁构件。该方法制备出的复合材料构件具有极低的气孔率,因此在航空航天热结构材料应用领域,该构件具备优异的抗高温烧蚀能力以及高温持久性能。
