Method and device for decarburizing coal-based slag and synchronously preparing potassium-silicon compound fertilizer
The invention provides a method and device for synchronously decarbonizing coal-based slag and preparing potassium-silicon compound fertilizer, and the method comprises the following steps: step 1, crushing and grinding blocky coal-based slag; 2, uniformly mixing the crushed and ground coal-based slag with a potassium-containing raw material; 3, putting the uniformly mixed materials into a rotary roasting furnace, introducing carbon dioxide, and carrying out gasification reaction to prepare carbon monoxide and a silicon-potassium fertilizer product; and 4, separating the mixed gas in the flue gas to obtain carbon monoxide. According to the method, carbon resources which are difficult to directly utilize in the coal-based slag are converted into gas energy which is easy to collect and utilize by utilizing carbon dioxide through gasification reaction, meanwhile, the gas energy reacts with the potassium-containing raw material in the roasting process to synchronously prepare the quick-acting and long-acting composite silicon-potassium fertilizer product, and the method is an efficient and slag-free coal-based slag utilization method.
