The invention relates to a combined traffic organization for ground structure construction and a construction method thereof.The combined traffic organization is arranged at a group pit, the group pit is formed by arranging at least three foundation pits in a straight line, and the combined traffic organization comprises a construction road surrounding one long side and two short sides of the group pit; the two sections of trestles reserved by the two foundation pits at the opposite outer ends are both located on the other long side of the group pit and connected to the two ends of the construction road correspondingly; the longitudinal temporary road is formed by a basement structure top plate located between the two sections of trestles, and the two ends of the longitudinal temporary road are connected to the two sections of trestles respectively; the basement structure top plates located between the adjacent foundation pits form at least one transverse temporary road, and the two ends of each transverse temporary road are connected to the longitudinal temporary road and the construction road correspondingly. The underground structure top plate and the trestle are matched with the construction road to form a crossed closed-loop combined traffic organization, so that equipment transportation is more convenient and deeper, and the construction efficiency is high.
