Double-track climbing mechanism
The double-rail climbing mechanism comprises a rack and a driving unit, and the plane where the width direction of the rack is located is perpendicular to a handrail rope; at least four driving units are arranged, and the driving units are arranged on the rack side by side in the length direction of the rack at intervals; the driving units comprise driving assemblies, linear assemblies and rotating assemblies, the rotating assemblies are installed on the linear assemblies, the rotating assemblies in every two adjacent driving units are located on the two sides of the central axis of the rack correspondingly, and the driving assemblies drive the linear assemblies to drive the rotating assemblies to move towards or away from the handrail rope in the width direction of the rack; the rotating assembly comprises a rotating plate, a second driving part and a climbing module, the climbing module is installed on the rotating plate, and the second driving part drives the rotating plate to rotate so as to drive the climbing module to rotate along the plane where the handrail rope is located, so that the climbing module gets close to or breaks away from the handrail rope. The climbing mechanism can adapt to the handrail rope double rails at different intervals, the climbing and obstacle crossing functions are achieved, and the detection efficiency of the main cable is improved.
