The invention discloses an ultrahigh combined cable bent tower steel-concrete combined section and a construction method thereof. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, construction is completed till the last but one concrete section, a horizontal cross brace locking device is installed, a steel supporting frame is installed, and a vertical anchor rod is initially positioned; s2, hoisting a first section of steel tower, accurately adjusting the position, and installing a truss connecting piece; s3, all the vertical anchor rods are lifted to penetrate through the bearing plate and are accurately positioned, connection of one ends of the truss connecting pieces is removed, and concrete is poured to form the last concrete section; s4, binding reinforcing steel bars of the combined section, pouring concrete, and grouting by adopting a support grouting material to form the combined section; and S5, after the to-be-combined section concrete reaches the design strength, the vertical anchor rods are tensioned, connection of the two ends of the truss connecting piece is recovered, and construction is completed. The steel supporting frame is arranged on the top of the last but one concrete tower, enough space is provided for steel bar and anchor rod construction in the steel-concrete combined section and alignment and position adjustment of the first steel tower, and construction is convenient and fast.
本发明公开了一种超高组合索塔钢混结合段及其施工方法,施工方法包括以下步骤:S1、施工至倒数第二节混凝土节段完成,安装水平横撑锁定装置,安装钢支撑架,竖锚杆初定位;S2、吊装首节段钢塔、精确调整位置,安装桁架连接件;S3、提升所有竖锚杆穿过承压板并精确定位,解除桁架连接件一端连接,浇筑混凝土形成最后一节混凝土节段;S4、绑扎结合段钢筋、浇筑混凝土、采用支座灌浆料灌浆,形成结合段;S5、待结合段混凝土达到设计强度后,张拉竖锚杆,恢复桁架连接件两端连接,施工完成。本发明在倒数第二节混凝土塔顶部设置钢支撑架,为钢混结合段内部钢筋及锚杆施工、首节钢塔对位调位提供了足够的空间,施工方便快捷。
