The invention relates to the technical field of construction devices, in particular to a vibrating device for road and bridge engineering and a vibrating method.The vibrating device comprises a frame, a support is arranged on one side of the frame, a plurality of vibrating pieces are installed between the frame and the support, and a driving device with two output shafts rotating synchronously is arranged on the frame; the two output shafts are oppositely arranged and are both connected with transmission pieces I; the two first transmission pieces are in transmission connection with a plurality of direction changing devices which correspond to and are connected with the vibrating pieces. The driving device is selected as a driving source, transmission parts are additionally arranged, structural layout is designed, the driving device can drive the walking structure to operate and move, the multiple vibrating parts operate to generate vibration, and therefore the walking speed can be equal to the vibrating time; in addition, the crank connecting rod, the sliding piece and the swing connecting rod are arranged, so that the vibration piece on the support performs the action of inserting/pulling out the concrete, and the cost of independent driving originally required by the part is saved.
