A second rack is matched with two gears to drive a first rack to move, so that a pipe orifice of a sampling pipe is driven to extend out of a sampling hole to take an original-state sand sample, damage to the structure of the original-state sand sample is avoided, a pipe body is driven by two overturning plates to move downwards by a small distance, and the pipe body and the sampling pipe are inclined; the undisturbed sand sample entering the sampling pipe can be conveniently separated from a soil layer, and the probability that the undisturbed sand sample falls off from the sampling pipe is reduced.
