Polygonal geosynthetic reinforced material geocell and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses a polygonal geosynthetic reinforced material geocell and a preparation process thereof. The geocell comprises a plurality of polygonal honeycomb-shaped meshes; each mesh comprises a plurality of sheets, the plurality of sheets are encircled to form a closed regular polygon structure, and the plurality of adjacent sheets are combined and fixedly connected; and the sheet material adopts a high-molecular polymer sheet material or a natural fiber structure sheet material. In the preparation process, a plurality of sheets are connected by adopting a pre-coating glue compaction bonding process, a hot melting compaction bonding process and a secondary injection molding process, or the plurality of sheets are connected by adopting a cold riveting process and a hinging process through a connecting component combination. The regular polygon cell honeycomb structure similar to a circle is formed through a sheet combination structure, the good filling performance and mechanical uniformity are achieved, the effective filling rate and the overall strength of the filler are improved, effective lateral constraint is kept on the filler, the strength and modulus of a composite reinforced layer are improved, and the composite reinforced layer has the good application prospect. The method is applied to roadbed and side slope reinforcement, slope protection, wind prevention, sand fixation and the like, and the effects of stabilizing the structure, restoring ecology and the like are achieved.
本发明公开一种多边形土工合成加筋材料土工格室及其制备工艺,土工格室包括若干多边形蜂窝状的网孔;网孔包括若干片材,若干片材合围形成封闭的正多边形结构,相邻若干片材组合固接;片材采用高分子聚合物片材或天然纤维结构片材。本发明的制备工艺中多片片材之间采用预覆胶压实粘接、热熔压实粘接、二次注塑模塑工艺连接,或多片片材通过连接构件组合采用冷铆合、绞接工艺连接。本发明通过片材组合结构形成近似于圆形的正多边形格室蜂巢结构,具有优良的填充性和力学均一性,提高填料的有效填充率和整体强度,对填料保持有效的侧向约束,提高复合加筋层强度和模量,应用于路基、边坡加固和坡面防护、防风固沙等,起到结构稳定和恢复生态等作用。
