The invention provides a cast-in-place pile reinforcing method and model for a deep soft soil layer, and the method comprises the following steps: carrying out early-stage construction on a construction site, and the early-stage construction comprises site leveling, pile position lofting and pile casing burying; a high-pressure jet grouting drill bit drills to the soft soil pre-reinforcement depth, then cement is sprayed into a soil body in a high-pressure mode, a drill rod is lifted at a preset speed, and cement paste and soil particles are fully and evenly stirred; when the cement paste is solidified and hardened, a closed annular reinforcing area can be formed in the soft soil layer on the periphery of the pile hole, and pre-reinforcing construction of the soft soil layer is achieved; and hole forming construction is conducted, quality acceptance inspection is conducted on formed holes, construction of a reinforcement cage and a steel guide pipe is conducted, and then concrete is poured.
