The invention discloses a constant-flow grouting control method for a cement-soil mixing pile, which comprises the following steps of: determining a design flow through calculation according to a design index; setting sampling period time, and calculating period design flow in a sampling period; setting permissible deviation of periodic design flow; setting sampling times in a sampling period; sampling and calculating period effective flow and period effective pressure in a sampling period through a sampling data filtering algorithm, and collecting period effective frequency of a grouting motor at the same time; the period effective flow is calibrated, the setting constant K is measured, and the setting effective flow is obtained through calculation; judging whether the set effective flow is within an allowable deviation range or not; if not, the frequency of a grouting motor is adjusted; if yes, the frequency operation of the grouting motor is kept; and the next sampling period is continued until grouting is finished. Feedback control can be automatically and rapidly carried out according to the change of the pipeline flow, and accurate output of the cement slurry pipeline flow is achieved.
