Concrete and string steel beam combined foundation pit supporting device
According to the foundation pit supporting device combining the concrete and the string steel beam, a concrete supporting system and string steel beam supporting are combined, a specially-designed concrete force transmission distribution conversion structural system and a pre-embedded force transmission connector component are arranged, meanwhile, the setting of supporting prestress servo structural conditions can be provided, and the supporting effect is improved. A tension steel cable, a chord support web member and a steel beam structure are combined to form an internal force self-balancing beam string system, the tension of the steel cable is used for bearing the self weight of the structure, and the bending stress and deformation in a vertical plane of the steel beam structure are reduced. The requirement for continuous and reliable force transmission of a supporting structure system under the large-span stand-column-free supporting condition of foundation pit supporting is met under the condition that the cross section of a supporting component is not obviously increased, and soil deformation caused by foundation pit excavation can be limited within a small range by arranging a supporting prestress servo structure; and the influence of underground space development on the surrounding environment is reduced.
本发明提供了一种混凝土和张弦钢梁组合的基坑支撑装置,将混凝土支撑体系与张弦钢梁支撑相结合,通过专门设计的混凝土传力分配转换构造体系与预埋传力接头构件,同时可提供设置支撑预应力伺服构造条件,通过设置张力钢索与弦支腹杆同钢梁结构组合为内力自平衡的张弦梁系统,利用钢索张力承担结构自重,减小钢梁结构竖向平面内弯曲应力与变形。在不显著增大支撑构件截面的条件下实现满足基坑支撑大跨度无立柱支撑条件下支撑结构体系连续可靠传力的要求,并可以通过设置支撑预应力伺服构造,将基坑开挖造成的土体变形限制在较小范围内,减小地下空间开发对周边环境的影响。
