The invention relates to the technical field of side slope engineering, and discloses a prefabricated surface layer module structure for a reinforced soil retaining wall, which comprises a reinforced soil retaining wall foundation, a plurality of retaining wall modules are stacked on the reinforced soil retaining wall foundation, each retaining wall module is of a square structure, the bottom surface of each retaining wall module is provided with a joint bar hole, and the joint bar holes are communicated with the reinforced soil retaining wall foundation. The top face of each retaining wall module is provided with first connecting steel bars matched with the corresponding steel joint holes in position, and each retaining wall module is inserted into the steel joint holes in the retaining wall module located above the retaining wall module through the corresponding first connecting steel bars so as to be connected with the retaining wall module located above the retaining wall module. When each first connecting steel bar is inserted into the corresponding joint bar hole, a first gap is reserved between the first connecting steel bar and the corresponding joint bar hole, and each first gap is filled with a modified epoxy adhesive; the structure has the advantages that the structure is not prone to cracking, and the safety and stability of the reinforced soil slope are guaranteed.
