Under-pressure backfill plugging device and method for depressurization well
The invention relates to an under-pressure backfill plugging device and method for a depressurization well, and the method adopts the under-pressure backfill plugging device for the depressurization well and a plugging process of filling materials in stages, and comprises the following steps: firstly, axially compressing a rubber sealing ring to enable the rubber sealing ring to expand in the radial direction and to be in close contact with the inner wall of a well casing to form a sealing structure; then the sealing structure is used for controlling the pressure and the flowing trend of water in the well to form a waterproof section, and a pressure pump of the filler pumping function module is used for pouring the first-time filler into the space below the sealing structure in the well pipe through the first steel pipe to complete first-time filler pumping; and after the first filling material is cured, a second filling material is poured into the space above the sealing structure in the well pipe, and after the second filling and curing are completed, backfilling and plugging are conducted to complete the second pumping of the filling material. By means of the characteristic that the rubber ring is more compact after being extruded and deformed in the radial direction, it is ensured that the rubber ring and the depressurization well wall are tightly compacted, and the waterproof sealing effect is achieved.
本发明涉及一种降压井带压回填封堵装置及方法,该方法采用降压井带压回填封堵装置和分阶段灌注填充料的封堵工艺,首先通过轴向压缩橡胶密封圈,使其径向膨胀并与井管内壁紧密接触构成密封结构,然后利用该密封结构控制井内水体压力及流动趋势形成隔水段,并通过泵送填充料功能模块的压力泵将首次填充料经钢管一灌注至井管内密封结构以下的空间完成一次泵送填充料;待首次填充料固化完成后,向井管内密封结构以上的空间灌注二次填充料,二次填充固化完成后,回填封堵完成二次泵送填充料。本发明通过橡胶圈径向挤压变形后越挤压越密实的特性,确保了橡胶圈与降压井壁之间紧密压实,以起到隔水密封的作用。
