The pre-embedded mold comprises a bottom plate, side molds, a cover plate and an inner container, a first limiting mechanism is arranged on the lower surface of the bottom plate, and a second limiting mechanism is arranged on the peripheral edge of the bottom plate; the outer diameter of the first limiting mechanism is the same as the inner diameter of the reinforced concrete pressure-bearing ring; the side mold is of an annular structure, and the bottom plate is surrounded in the annular structure. The inner diameter of the side mold is the same as the diameter of the second limiting mechanism, and the outer diameter of the side mold is the same as the inner diameter of the reinforced concrete well seat pressure-bearing ring; a clamping groove is annularly formed in the upper surface of the side mold; the cover plate is arranged on the side mold, and buckles matched with the clamping grooves are arranged on the periphery of the lower surface of the cover plate. The inner container is arranged in a cavity defined by the bottom plate, the side molds and the cover plate, a reserved groove is formed in the lower surface of the inner container, and the reserved groove is matched with the second limiting mechanism on the bottom plate. The invention further discloses a well base and an inspection well construction method. The anti-settling capability and the anti-fragmentation capability of the inspection well can be improved.
