The invention provides a screening bucket, a working device and an excavator. The screening bucket comprises a lug plate assembly, a force bearing oil cylinder assembly, a screening bucket body, a shearing spring assembly and a double-shaft linear vibration exciter. The lug plate assembly and the screen hopper body are connected through the force bearing oil cylinder assemblies arranged on the two sides, the double-shaft linear vibration exciter is connected with the screen hopper body, the shear spring assemblies are arranged between the screen hopper body and the shear spring assemblies, and the double-shaft linear vibration exciter is used for providing a vibration source for the screen hopper body. The shearing spring assembly is used for achieving front-back staggered movement between the upper screen hopper body and the lower screen hopper body, the screening purpose is achieved, and meanwhile transmission of harmful vibration energy to the working device body structure is reduced. The energy utilization rate is high, the amplitude of the shearing motion of the spring can be adjusted by changing the excitation angular frequency so as to adapt to different screening working conditions, and the optimal screening effect is achieved. Abrasion of a pin shaft and a shaft sleeve at the front end of the working device can be effectively reduced, and vibration fatigue damage of vibration energy to structural bodies such as a connecting rod mechanism and the working device is reduced.
