The invention relates to the technical field of building shock insulation, and discloses a building shock insulation structure which comprises an upper supporting column and a lower supporting column, mounting plates are arranged on the opposite sides of the upper supporting column and the lower supporting column, a plurality of evenly-distributed through holes are formed in the mounting plates, and fastening bolts penetrate through the through holes. The top end of the upper fastening bolt is in threaded connection with the bottom of the upper supporting column, the bottom end of the lower fastening bolt is in threaded connection with the top of the lower supporting column, and a rubber shock insulation support body is fixedly connected between the centers of the opposite sides of the two mounting plates. First threaded holes are formed in the front portions and the rear portions of the left sides and the right sides of the opposite sides of the two mounting plates correspondingly. When the building seismic isolation structure is used, the displacement of the rubber seismic isolation support body is locked through the rigid protection assembly, the rubber seismic isolation support does not generate displacement under the condition of small earthquakes or wind earthquakes, and meanwhile the rigid protection assembly can conduct certain shock absorption under the condition of small earthquakes or wind earthquakes.
