The invention discloses a steel tube bundle buckle type connecting structure and a wall column assembly construction process. The connecting structure comprises a first layer of steel plate fasteners, a second layer of steel plate fasteners and a connecting cover plate. Holes are uniformly formed in a vertical steel plate of the steel tube bundle, and grooves are formed in the peripheral edge of a panel on one side of the steel tube bundle; when the two steel tube bundles are connected, the holed parts of the adjacent vertical steel plates are connected through the first layer of steel plate fasteners, and the non-holed parts are connected through the second layer of steel plate fasteners; the connecting cover plate covers the joint of the adjacent panels and is welded with the second layer of steel plate fastener; or the connecting structure comprises a steel bar, a horizontal buckle plate and a vertical buckle plate; the inner sides of the left end and the right end of the steel tube bundle panel are connected with horizontal buckle plates, the horizontal buckle plates at the joint of the left steel tube bundle and the right steel tube bundle are mutually embedded into a cavity of the other steel tube bundle, and the steel bars are vertically inserted into the horizontal buckle plates in the same row; a plurality of vertical buckle plates are arrayed in a cavity at the connecting part of the upper steel tube bundle and the lower steel tube bundle; and the reinforcing steel bars are horizontally inserted on all the vertical buckle plates or a plurality of studs are arranged on non-welding surfaces of the vertical buckle plates. The method is suitable for connection of non-floor positions of the steel tube bundle, the surface of the connection position is smooth, the safety performance of a building is improved, and structural heat preservation and decoration integrated design is facilitated.
本发明为一种钢管束扣式连接结构与墙肢装配施工工艺,所述连接结构包括第一层钢板扣件、第二层钢板扣件和连接盖板;钢管束的竖向钢板上均匀开洞,钢管束一侧面板的四周边缘开槽;两个钢管束连接时相邻竖向钢板的开洞部位通过第一层钢板扣件连接,非开洞部位通过第二层钢板扣件连接;连接盖板盖合在相邻面板的连接处,并与第二层钢板扣件焊接在一起;或者连接结构包括钢筋、水平扣板和竖向扣板;钢管束面板左、右端的内侧连接水平扣板,左、右钢管束连接处的水平扣板相互嵌入到另一个钢管束的空腔中,钢筋竖直插装在同列的水平扣板上;若干个竖向扣板阵列在上、下钢管束连接部位的空腔中,钢筋水平插装在所有竖向扣板上或者在竖向扣板的非焊接面上设置若干栓钉。本发明适用于钢管束非楼层处的连接,且连接处表面平整,提高了建筑的安全性能和有利于结构保温装饰一体化设计。
