A honeycomb core unit is prefabricated, and a bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of the honeycomb core unit; then the multiple honeycomb core units are placed at the construction position one by one, the adjacent bottom plates are connected, and the multiple bottom plates are integrally spliced to form the disassembly-free bottom die; grooves are formed between the adjacent honeycomb core units and the bottom plate, and then reinforcement cages are placed in the grooves; and finally, concrete pouring is conducted, dense rib beams are formed in the grooves, and the honeycomb core units, the bottom plate and the cast-in-place dense rib beams are poured to form the hollow dense rib floor system. The method has the effect of improving the floor installation precision and the construction efficiency.
