The hollow transmission shaft penetrates through the top structure of the house body top cover and is in transmission connection with the output end of the power output component. The outer side of the top face of the house body top cover is covered with an opening and closing type membrane assembly, and the hollow transmission shaft is sleeved with the top of the opening and closing type membrane assembly. The multifunctional opening and closing type membrane structure mounting device is composed of the power output component, the hollow transmission shaft, the opening and closing type membrane assembly, the limiting adjusting component, the auxiliary sleeve plate, the limiting hole and the advancing limiting component, and the multifunctional opening and closing type membrane structure mounting device is used in cooperation with a roof of a house body subsequently; and the opening and closing type membrane assembly can be expanded to cover the surface of the roof of the house body through multi-section rotating adjustment, so that full-coverage shading or adjustment and use of a single area are realized, and different use requirements are met.
