Manufacturing method of pointing-free wall brick
According to the manufacturing method of the pointing-free wall brick, when a green brick of the wall brick is manufactured, a fixed brick joint is formed in the edge of a brick body in advance. Brick joints are wiped and lifted obliquely from the rear faces of the brick bodies (from back to front), a cement mortar layer is reserved on the connecting face of the two brick bodies in the masonry process, the contact face of the upper brick body and the lower brick body is not changed by brick joint planes, and the improved pointing-free wall brick does not affect the connecting strength of a wall body. The brick joints are concaved inwards from the brick face to form neat and smooth semicircles. According to the characteristic that the front face and the side face need to be staggered (pressed) when the wall bricks are built, the brick joints are arranged on the front face or the side face of the brick body in three types, namely parallel brick joints, (parallel) left lower turning and (parallel) right lower turning) and six types, namely three types of front face samples and three types of side face samples, and then firing forming is carried out. When the pointing-free wall brick is used for building, the process of pointing can be omitted only by filling cement mortar on the brick surface.
一种免勾缝墙砖的制作方法，就是在制作墙砖砖坯时，预先在砖体边上设置固定的砖缝。砖缝从砖体后面（由后向前）抹斜抬高，预留在砌筑时两砖连接面的水泥沙浆层，砖缝平面不改变上、下砖体的接触面，改进后的免勾缝墙砖不影响墙体的连接强度。砖缝从砖面向内凹形成整齐、平滑的半圆形。砖缝根据墙砖砌筑时需要正、侧面相互交错（压缝）的特点，分别在砖体的正面或侧面设置三种：平行砖缝、（平行）左下拐、（平行）右下拐），六（种）样：正面三（种）样加侧面三（种）样类型的砖坯再进行烧制成型。用免勾缝墙砖砌筑时只用在砖面填实水泥沙浆，即可省去勾缝这道工序。
