System for continuously welding ferritic stainless steel plate with coating

The invention discloses a continuous welding ferrite belt coating stainless steel plate system which comprises a stainless steel plate, welding areas are arranged on the two sides of the stainless steel plate, the welding areas are folded edges, and the folded edges face outdoors; a plurality of stainless steel plates are provided, and the plurality of stainless steel plates are continuously welded; the stainless steel plate is a ferritic stainless steel plate; a coating layer is arranged on the surface of the side, facing outdoors, of the stainless steel plate. The folding edges facing outdoors are arranged on the surfaces of the stainless steel plates to form the continuous welding stainless steel plate system, and the continuous welding stainless steel plate system can be applied to building roofs and facades. The coating layer is directly arranged on the surface of the stainless steel plate to meet the requirement of architects on the roof color, the stainless steel surface is prevented from adopting decorative plates, and compared with a conventional system, the system is low in manufacturing cost, easy and convenient to install and good in appearance effect.

本发明公开了连续焊接铁素体带涂层不锈钢板系统，所述系统包括：不锈钢板，所述不锈钢板两边设有焊接区，所述焊接区为折边，所述折边朝向室外；所述不锈钢板为多个，多个所述不锈钢板连续焊接；所述不锈钢板为铁素体不锈钢板；所述不锈钢板朝向室外的一侧表面带有涂料层。本发明通过在不锈钢板表面设置朝向室外的折边，构成连续焊接不锈钢板系统，可应用于建筑屋面、立面。直接在不锈钢板表面设置涂料层，以达到建筑师对屋面颜色的要求，避免不锈钢表面再采用装饰板，相对常规系统造价低、安装简便、外观效果好。
