The invention discloses a movable intelligent scaffold and a using method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of intelligent construction equipment. The device comprises a base, supporting foot assemblies are arranged on the two sides of the base, the base is connected with a middle-layer plate through supporting columns, lifting mechanisms are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the middle-layer plate, and guiding assemblies are arranged at the left end and the right end of the middle-layer plate; and a fence assembly, an anti-collision display, a platform height display instrument, a levelness monitor, a gradient display instrument and a loading capacity monitor are arranged on the pedal. The problems that an existing construction scaffold is poor in monitoring force and low in safety are solved, a second reel is pulled to enable a protective net to move upwards to a proper height, an adjusting bolt is inserted into an adjusting insertion hole, the protective net is temporarily fixed to the height, and the safety of the scaffold is enhanced; whether data exceed threshold values or not is judged by collecting the moving speed, the lifting speed, the balance degree and the load-carrying capacity of rollers on the lower portion of the scaffold, and if the data exceed the threshold values, the scaffold is controlled to suspend ascending or moving through the moving control end, so that the monitoring strength when the scaffold is used is enhanced.
