A pull-down assembly is in threaded connection with the portion, below the buckle disc, of the vertical rod, the top of the pull-down assembly is rotationally provided with a buckle assembly arranged on the outer side of the vertical rod in a sleeving mode, and the buckle assembly is provided with an L-shaped buckle matched with the locking hole.
