The invention discloses concrete vibrating equipment. The concrete vibrating equipment comprises a movable frame body, a lifting frame body, a lifting driving component and a vibrating rod. The lifting driving component is used for driving the lifting frame body to move up and down relative to the movable frame body. The vibrating rod is connected with the lifting frame body, and the lower end of the vibrating rod is provided with a vibrating section. The upper and lower ends of the vibration section are respectively provided with an ultrasonic transmitting device and an ultrasonic receiving device. The invention further discloses a vibrating method based on the concrete vibrating equipment, in the vibrating process, ultrasonic waves are transmitted and received through the ultrasonic wave transmitting device and the ultrasonic wave receiving device, and the concrete density of the vibrating position is monitored according to the attenuation condition of the ultrasonic waves transmitted in concrete.
