In order to improve the using flexibility, the device specifically comprises a lower supporting part, the inner wall of the lower supporting part is movably connected with a matched upper supporting part, the upper supporting part and the lower supporting part are fixedly connected through a limiting fixing part, and a supporting angle adjusting part is arranged at the top of the upper supporting part; the supporting angle adjusting part comprises a hollow cylinder which is fixed on the outer wall of the top of the upper supporting part; and the universal ball is movably connected to the inner wall of the hollow cylinder. By arranging the hollow cylinder, the connecting rod can rotate in any direction in a certain range along the interior of the hollow cylinder through the universal ball, so that the angle of the connecting rod relative to the central axis of the upper supporting part can be adjusted, and when the supporting surface is in an inclined shape, the connecting rod can rotate in any direction; therefore, it can be guaranteed that the supporting plate can still be adjusted to the horizontal direction, and the supporting object can be supported.
