The invention relates to a novel maintenance door synchronous lifting system which comprises a door frame, a door plate and a synchronous lifting device, a door frame is installed in the door frame, a sliding groove is formed in the inner side of the door frame, guide wheels matched with the sliding groove are installed on the two sides of the door plate, and the door frame is in sliding connection with the door plate through matching of the sliding groove and the guide wheels; the synchronous lifting device is installed on the top of the inner side of the door frame and is in transmission connection with the door plate through a chain wheel and chain mechanism. A chain wheel and chain mechanism is used for lifting the door plate, a synchronous transmission structure is adopted, the operation process is more reliable and efficient, it can be guaranteed that the lifting speeds of the two sides of the door plate are consistent, and the door plate is prevented from being blocked and shaken.
