The invention discloses a marking method for a smart cable structure with a built-in fiber grating sensor, and the method is characterized in that the method specifically comprises the following steps: S1, connecting a smart cable with an optical fiber demodulator; s2, the outer end of the intelligent cable is connected with a cable collecting disc; s3, heating the smart cable by using a heating device, and marking the position of the fiber grating sensor by using a marking device; and S4, repeating the step S3 to complete the marking work of all the positions of the fiber grating sensors. The wavelength change of the smart cable is monitored while the smart cable is heated through the heating device, and the position with wavelength fluctuation is marked to obtain the actual position of the fiber grating sensor, so that the problem that the theoretical design position is inconsistent with the actual monitoring position in the manufacturing and application process of the smart cable structure with the built-in fiber grating sensor can be solved; the monitoring function of the intelligent cable structure with the built-in fiber grating sensor is exerted to the maximum extent, the difficulty of monitoring data analysis is reduced, and the working pressure of workers is relieved.
