The invention discloses an inorganic bonding glaze and a porcelain bushing bonding method using the same, and belongs to the technical field of ceramic materials, the inorganic bonding glaze comprises the following raw materials: silica powder, feldspar powder, white gangue, fraxinus mandshurica soil, barium carbonate and limestone powder; the inorganic bonding glaze is prepared by the following steps: weighing raw materials according to a formula, mixing and ball-milling, and sieving by a 300-mesh sieve to obtain a premix; adding deionized water and ammonium citrate into the premix, stirring, carrying out ultrasonic oscillation under the condition of constant temperature, adding acrylamide and ammonium persulfate, stirring, and carrying out ultrasonic oscillation under the condition of constant temperature to obtain slurry; and pouring the slurry into a mold, vacuumizing, drying, curing, demolding, drying, crushing, and sieving with a 40-mesh sieve to obtain the inorganic bonding glaze. The expansion coefficient of the inorganic bonding glaze is close to that of the single-section porcelain bushing, the matching performance of the inorganic bonding glaze and the single-section porcelain bushing is improved, a good middle transition layer can be formed after sintering, and the strength of the bonding porcelain bushing is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种无机粘接釉以及使用该釉料的瓷套粘接方法,属于陶瓷材料技术领域,包括如下原料:硅石粉、长石粉、白矸石、水曲柳土、碳酸钡、石灰石粉;所述无机粘接釉包括如下步骤制备:按配方称取原料,混合球磨,过300目筛得预混料;向预混料中加入去离子水、柠檬酸铵,搅拌,恒温条件下超声波震荡,加入丙烯酰胺、过硫酸铵,搅拌,恒温条件下超声波震荡,得浆料;将浆料倒入模具中,抽真空,干燥固化后脱模,干燥后粉碎并过40目筛,得无机粘接釉。本发明无机粘接釉料膨胀系数与本发明中单节瓷套的膨胀系数相近,且无机粘接釉与单节瓷套的匹配性能提高,烧成后能形成良好的中间过渡层,有效的提高了粘接瓷套的强度。
