The invention relates to the technical field of tobermorite synthesis, in particular to a method for hydrothermally synthesizing tobermorite by using waste glass, which comprises the following steps: crushing waste glass solid waste to obtain waste glass fragments, and crushing the crushed waste glass fragments to obtain waste glass powder; screening the waste glass powder to obtain micron-sized glass powder; the preparation method comprises the following steps: dispersing and mixing micron-sized glass powder into a sodium hydroxide solution, and uniformly stirring by using a high-speed stirrer to obtain a stable precursor solution; putting the precursor solution into a hydrothermal reaction kettle for hydrothermal reaction; after the reaction is finished, cooling reaction slurry to room temperature, and then carrying out suction filtration, washing and filtration on the solution to remove impurities; and carrying out constant-temperature crystallization reaction on the reaction slurry from which the impurities are filtered out to obtain tobermorite crystals. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is more simplified, and is beneficial to improving the production efficiency and reducing the manufacturing cost.
