Composite plasticizer for ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method of a composite plasticizer for a ceramic material, and the composite plasticizer comprises Arabic gum, 1, 3-propylene glycol, glycerin, hydroxymethyl cellulose, sodium humate, sesbania gum and deionized water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively putting hydroxymethyl cellulose, sesbania gum, sodium humate and deionized water into a ball mill according to a set proportion, and uniformly ball-milling; putting the ball-milled mixture into a stirrer with a heating function, and adding Arabic gum, 1, 3-propylene glycol and glycerol according to the mass percentage to prepare a glue solution; heating and stirring the glue solution in the stirrer at a preset temperature until no bubble exists in the glue solution; and cooling the glue solution to form a clear transparent colloid, and finally obtaining the composite plasticizer. The invention solves the problem of poor environmental protection property of the preparation of the composite plasticizer in the prior art.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷材料用的复合增塑剂的制备方法及其制备方法,复合增塑剂包括阿拉伯树胶、1,3—丙二醇、甘油、羟甲基纤维素、腐殖酸钠、田菁胶、去离子水,该制备方法包括按设定比例分别将羟甲基纤维素、田菁胶、腐殖酸钠、去离子水放入球磨机中球磨均匀;将球磨后的混合物放入具有加热功能的搅拌机中,按照所述质量百分比加入阿拉伯树胶、1,3—丙二醇、甘油配置成胶液;对所述胶液在预设温度下在所述搅拌机内进行加热搅拌,直至所述胶液中无气泡;对所述胶液进行冷却后形成澄清透明胶体,最终得到复合增塑剂。本发明解决了现有技术中复合增塑剂的制备环保性差的问题。
