The invention provides a preventive maintenance method for a precise surface of a road. The preventive maintenance method comprises the following steps: sweeping a to-be-maintained road surface; synchronously spraying a first layer of waterborne epoxy-butadiene styrene rubber composite modified emulsified asphalt and steel slag aggregate, and before the waterborne epoxy-butadiene styrene rubber composite modified emulsified asphalt is cured, slowly rolling for more than two times at a constant speed by adopting a rubber wheel road roller; after the first layer of waterborne epoxy-butadiene styrene rubber composite modified emulsified asphalt is cured, spraying a second layer of waterborne epoxy-butadiene styrene rubber composite modified emulsified asphalt; after the second layer of waterborne epoxy-butadiene styrene rubber composite modified emulsified asphalt is cured, curing is performed for 0.5-1 h, and curing is completed. By introducing the steel slag and waterborne epoxy-butadiene styrene rubber composite modified emulsified asphalt, the durability and water seepage resistance of a fine surface as well as the convenience and environmental friendliness of construction are improved.
本发明提供了一种道路精表处预防性养护方法,包括:清扫待养护路面;同步喷洒第一层水性环氧‑丁苯橡胶复合改性乳化沥青和钢渣集料,并在水性环氧‑丁苯橡胶复合改性乳化沥青固化前,采用胶轮压路机缓慢、匀速地碾压2遍以上;待第一层水性环氧‑丁苯橡胶复合改性乳化沥青固化后,喷洒第二层水性环氧‑丁苯橡胶复合改性乳化沥青;待第二层水性环氧‑丁苯橡胶复合改性乳化沥青固化后养生0.5h~1h完成养护。本发明通过引入钢渣和水性环氧‑丁苯橡胶复合改性乳化沥青,改善精表处的耐久性、抗渗水性能以及施工的便捷性和环保性。
