The invention relates to the field of pavement repairing equipment, and particularly discloses an urban road asphalt pavement rapid repairing device which comprises a machine body and a flattening mechanism arranged on the machine body, and the machine body is further provided with a detection mechanism for detecting whether asphalt is cured or not and a cooling mechanism for accelerating cooling and curing of an asphalt pavement. The cooling mechanism comprises a cooling frame slidably connected with the machine body, a cooling roller arranged on the cooling frame in a lifting mode, an isolation assembly used for isolating a repaired pavement from an original pavement, and an adjusting assembly used for adding a cooling agent to the cooling roller. The method has the advantage of improving the cooling and curing efficiency of pavement repairing asphalt.
