The invention discloses a high-speed rail bridge damping device capable of actively performing replacement and repair after damage, which comprises a seismic mitigation and isolation support arranged at the top of a prefabricated pier column and damping units symmetrically arranged on two sides of the seismic mitigation and isolation support, and unit main bodies of the damping units are respectively connected and fixed with a beam body and the prefabricated pier column through pre-embedded components. The unit body comprises an initial energy dissipation component and a standby energy dissipation component parallel to the initial energy dissipation component, when the initial energy dissipation component is sheared and damaged, the standby energy dissipation component can automatically change the position to replace the supporting and energy dissipation effects of the initial energy dissipation component, self-repairing of the damping unit is conducted, a support is protected against damage caused by the earthquake effect, and therefore beam falling damage is avoided.
