Bracket-free construction method for steel-concrete composite beam concrete bridge deck slab
The invention provides a support-free construction method for a steel-concrete composite beam concrete bridge deck slab, which comprises the following steps of: hoisting a midspan steel template to a design position of a steel beam, and welding the midspan steel template with an upper flange plate of the steel beam; a plurality of side-span steel formwork suspension arms are installed on upper flange plates of steel beams on the two sides of a bridge floor at intervals, the inner ends of the side-span steel formwork suspension arms are connected with the upper flange plates of the steel beams, the outer ends of the side-span steel formwork suspension arms extend out of the upper flange plates of the steel beams, lacing wires are used for suspending side-span steel formworks, and at least two adjacent side-span steel formwork suspension arms suspend one side-span steel formwork. The multiple side span steel formworks are sequentially attached together to form a side span formwork with a certain length; steel bars are bound, and concrete is poured; and the part, exposed out of the concrete, of the suspension arm of the side-span steel formwork is separated, and the side-span steel formwork is hoisted back to the bridge floor. By the adoption of the construction method, a support does not need to be arranged below the bridge, occupation of the space below the bridge is reduced, the full framing does not need to be installed and dismantled, the construction period is greatly shortened, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明提供了一种钢混组合梁混凝土桥面板的无支架施工方法,包括以下步骤:将跨中钢模板吊装至钢梁的设计位置,与钢梁的上翼缘板进行焊接;在桥面两侧的钢梁的上翼缘板上面间隔安装多个边跨钢模板吊臂,边跨钢模板吊臂内端与钢梁的上翼缘板连接,外端伸出钢梁的上翼缘板之外,并包括有拉筋悬吊边跨钢模板,相邻的至少两个边跨钢模板吊臂悬吊一个边跨钢模板,多个边跨钢模板依次贴在一起形成一段长度的边跨模板;绑扎钢筋,浇筑混凝土;分离出边跨钢模板吊臂露出混凝土的部分,将边跨钢模板吊回至桥面上。采用本发明的施工方法,无需在桥下设置支架,减少了对桥下空间的占用,且不需要安装和拆除满堂支架,大大缩短了施工周期,降低了施工成本。
