A precast block body (1) comprises a front part (2), a waist part (4) and a rear part (3) which are sequentially arranged to form an I-shaped whole body, a first inclined surface (5), the side surface of the waist part (4) and a second inclined surface (6) which are positioned on the same side form a notch (7), and first convex parts (8) on two sides of the front part (2), which are convex relative to the side surface of the waist part (4), can be matched with any notch (7) in a concave-convex manner to realize locking in the front-back direction; second protruding parts (9) on the two sides, protruding relative to the side face of the waist part (4), of the rear part (3) can be matched with any notch (7) in a concave-convex mode, and the sizes of the second protruding parts (9) are set to enable three building blocks to be locked in the front-back direction when the two second protruding parts (9) are matched with the same notch (7) in a concave-convex mode. The building block is favorable for realizing the laying of various revetments, so that the production and the construction are simplified; the invention further provides a revetment which adopts the building block.
