The foundation treatment construction filling equipment comprises a concrete conveying pump used for filling a foundation, the left side of the concrete conveying pump fixedly communicates with a feeding hopper, the interior of the feeding hopper is fixedly connected with a screening net, and the rear side of the feeding hopper is rotationally connected with a turnover door through a rotating shaft. The concrete conveying pump, the feeding hopper, the screening net, the turnover door, a sliding groove, a transverse pushing structure, a longitudinal pushing structure, a limiting structure, a sleeve, a supporting foot margin, a locking piece, a control panel, a cooling fan and a material blocking plate are arranged and used in cooperation; and stones on a screening net can be pushed out of a feeding hopper through the use of a transverse pushing structure and a longitudinal pushing structure, and the problems that when the equipment conveys concrete, due to the fact that the concrete contains the stones after being mixed and stirred, part of the stones are large in size, the stones are prone to being clamped when passing through a concrete conveying pump, and the concrete conveying efficiency is affected are solved. The problems that subsequent concrete conveying is affected, and foundation filling is affected are solved.
本发明公开了一种地基处理施工填充设备及其使用方法,包括用于对地基进行填充的混凝土输送泵,混凝土输送泵的左侧固定连通有入料斗,入料斗的内部固定连接有筛分网,入料斗的后侧通过转轴转动连接有翻转门。本发明通过设置混凝土输送泵、入料斗、筛分网、翻转门、滑动槽、横向推动结构、纵向推动结构、限制结构、套筒、支撑地脚、锁紧件、控制面板、散热风扇和档料板的配合使用,能够通过横向推动结构和纵向推动结构的使用将筛分网上的石料推出入料斗,解决了该设备在对混凝土进行传送时,由于混凝土在混合搅拌后具有石料,而部分石料的体积较大,在经过混凝土输送泵时容易卡住,从而影响到后续混凝土的输送,进而会影响到对地基的填充的问题。
