The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to an underground diaphragm wall reverse construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, surveying and setting out; s2, earth excavation is conducted; s3, net hanging and anchor spraying; s4, binding steel bars of the reverse wall; s5, the formwork is installed; s6, concrete pouring; and S7, lower layer circulation construction. The problem that a complete underground diaphragm wall cannot be constructed at a time due to the fact that ground clearance is limited or an existing underground structure and a newly-built structure are crossed but the existing underground structure cannot be moved and modified is solved. Under the condition that the safety of the surrounding environment and the construction quality of the diaphragm wall during construction are ensured, the construction period is greatly shortened, and the construction cost is saved.
